When requesting help
Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and your app and iOS versions. If you include a screenshot, remove private message content and other people’s information first. Never send us your password, authentication code, access token, or API key.
Connected Google accounts
Connecting Google requires permission through Google’s own sign-in screen. To stop access, you can remove Docktivity from your Google Account connections. This does not delete your Google account or its original emails and calendar events.
Disconnecting an account and deleting saved app content are separate actions. See the retention and deletion information before clearing content. Keep independent copies of important information.
Privacy requests
Email us with “Privacy request” in the subject. Tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, or help withdrawing permission. We may need to verify that a request comes from the person it concerns, but we will not ask for your account password.
